I am the mother to a neurotypical son and a neurodiverse son. This has been a learning experience for me and I wish to make social connections and provide support with any experience I have learned with navigating this journey. My hobbies include exercise, podcasts, coffee, being outside, reiki/crystals and medical esthetics.

Vice President
Taya Fedora
I am a dedicated community support worker with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals and families in diverse settings. As a neurodivergent single parent of two—one of whom has been diagnosed with ADHD—I bring both professional expertise and meaningful lived experience to my role on the board. I am passionate about building inclusive, supportive communities and always eager to expand my knowledge and advocacy for neurodiverse individuals and families. In my spare time, I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, crocheting, cooking, and baking

Secretary
Lana Walker
I am a working mom of two children, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. As a criminal lawyer, I am passionate about access to justice and ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity and fairness in our criminal justice system. As a mom, that same passion drives me to promote inclusivity for children in all aspects of our society - to ensure that they have access to opportunities, that their voices are heard, and that they are equipped with the tools they need to live their lives in a way that is meaningful and fulfilling to them. Outside of my profession, I find joy in creating beautiful spaces in nature and in my home. To this end, I love gardening, landscaping, and interior design.

Treasurer
Sarah Reidy
I am a mom of two kids with ADHD. I’ve worked in health care for over 10 years and am now self-employed, which gives me the flexibility to follow my passion for supporting the neurodivergent community. Since my oldest child’s diagnosis four years ago, I’ve taken a deep dive into researching neurodiversity and mental health, and I bring that knowledge and lived experience to the group. Leading with empathy is at the heart of everything I do. Outside of this work, I enjoy staying healthy, knitting, listening to podcasts, drinking coffee, and exploring psychology.

Director
Britt Levitt
I am a mom of two young boys and live in a proudly neurodiverse home that includes autism, PDA and ADHD. Advocating for my autistic son, who does not always fit neatly into existing systems, has fueled my passion for inclusion and meaningful change. As an Early Childhood Educator, I dedicate my time to caring for and championing society’s youngest members, helping create spaces where every child can belong and thrive. Outside of work and advocacy, I enjoy writing and have written a children’s book called RED, inspired by my son’s daily experiences. I also love listening to podcasts, painting with my boys and spending time in nature.

Director
Nicole McKinnon
I am a stay-at-home mom to three boys, two of whom are on the autism spectrum. My daily life is navigating the unique challenges that come with raising boys with special needs. I live on a farm with my three boys and husband.

Director
Kali Wolfe
I am a Community Support Worker with experience supporting both high-risk youth and adults. I’m passionate about advocating for individuals facing challenges with mental health, addictions, and homelessness. My work is guided by empathy and respect — I believe that every person deserves dignity, understanding, and the opportunity to be seen and heard, no matter their circumstances.
At Diversified Family Supports Society, I bring this same commitment to inclusion and compassion by helping to create safe, welcoming spaces for neurodivergent individuals, families, and those navigating complex life challenges. My goal is to ensure that every person who connects with our programs feels valued, supported, and part of a community that truly cares.
